Having created an entire fitness video based on Bettie’s yoga-inspired photos, I’m always thrilled when I come across another one of these gems, so a certain shoot she did with Bunny Yeager is especially satisfying in that regard. It seems as if Bettie was drawing upon yoga for lots of different poses that day – I like to imagine that she was enthusiastically practicing during that time of her life, and so these moves were top of mind when it came to striking poses for Bunny’s lens.
